PRIME RIB
3 cloves minced garlic
2 teaspoons freshly ground pepper
1 Tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 Tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon Lowery's seasoning salt
Preheat oven to 450 degrees
F. Pour sauces over roast. Combine garlic, pepper, and
seasoning salt and rub over surface of roast. Place bone
side down in shallow roasting pan. Roast for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 325 degrees F.
Roast 20 minutes per pound or until internal temperature is
125 degrees. Transfer roast to carving plate and tent with
aluminum foil for 20 minutes.
Serve with horseradish.
